The Future Ready Family Coalition
The Future Ready Family Coalition
New Bedford Public Schools convenes a coalition of community partners, the Future Ready Family Coalition, to help the College and Career Readiness Family Engagement Center at New Bedford High School thrive. Given the high school's desire to involve families in the life of the school, to be successful the center must garner support from the community and by college and career access collaborators. This coalition assists in designing family-focused programming and outreach strategies to support students' high school success and "future ready" planning.
The coalition is comprised of community partners with established capacity to outreach to students and families. Members include:
